주식회사 금토는 DDAMP 웹사이트에서 처리하는 개인정보를 필요한 범위에서만 이용하고 안전하게 관리합니다.

1. 수집 항목과 이용 목적
- 상담 문의: 이름, 회사명, 연락처, 이메일, 설치 예정 공간, 문의 내용
- 국내 주문: 이름, 연락처, 배송주소, 배송 요청사항, 주문·결제·배송 상태
- 서비스 운영: IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 접속 기록
수집 정보는 문의 답변, 견적 및 제품 안내, 주문 처리, 배송, 결제 확인, 분쟁 대응과 서비스 보안에 사용합니다.
Information collected and purpose
For inquiries, we may collect name, company, contact details, intended installation space, and message. For domestic orders, we collect buyer, shipping, order, payment-status, and fulfillment information. IP address and browser information may be processed for security and operations. We use this information only to answer inquiries, provide quotes, process and deliver orders, verify payments, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
2. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 계약 또는 청약철회 기록: 5년
- 대금결제 및 재화 공급 기록: 5년
- 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁처리 기록: 3년
- 상담 문의: 답변 및 후속 업무가 끝날 때까지. 관계 법령상 보존 의무가 있으면 해당 기간까지
보유기간이 끝난 개인정보는 복구하기 어려운 방법으로 지체 없이 파기합니다.
Retention
Contract and cancellation records and payment/supply records are retained for five years; consumer complaint and dispute records are retained for three years. Inquiry data is retained until the response and related follow-up are complete, unless a longer period is required by law. Data is securely deleted when the applicable period ends.
3. 결제·주소·AI 서비스
국내 결제 요청은 PayApp으로 전달됩니다. 해외 결제와 해외 배송주소 입력은 PayPal 화면에서 이루어지며, 카드번호나 PayPal 로그인 정보는 DDAMP 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 국내 주소 검색어는 주소정보누리집 API로 전달됩니다. 챗봇 메시지는 답변 생성을 위해 DDAMP가 사용하는 AI API로 전송되며, DDAMP의 문의·주문 SQLite 데이터베이스에는 저장하지 않습니다.
Payment, address, and AI services
Domestic payment requests are sent to PayApp. International payment and shipping details are handled in PayPal; DDAMP does not store card numbers or PayPal login credentials. Korean address queries are sent to the official address-search API. Chat messages are transmitted to DDAMP's AI API to generate a response and are not stored in DDAMP's inquiry and order database.
4. 이용자의 권리
본인 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 삭제가 제한될 수 있습니다.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information. Deletion may be limited where retention is required by law.
